The project consisted of the refurbishment and extension of an existing college building to encompass the administration block and Post 16 classroom and student areas.

The fit-out consisted of a complete overhaul of the existing structure and included the installation of:

? Washrooms installation using systems by Armitage Venesta and H+R Johnson wall tiling
? 50+ pre-finished doorsets and maple veneered doorsets including ironmongery
? Restoration of existing terrazzo staircase
? Renovation screed systems
? Teapoint kitchenettes
