Having previously refurbished the ground floor of Mayfield House the new owners of the building engaged Crown Interiors to refurbish the top floor to create an office for its own occupancy and a lettable space.

The client's decision to use higher specification materials such as metal ceilings and frameless glass partitions and doors has resulted in a stunning space. The attention to detail and high quality of finish has been carried through into the washroom and breakout space.

The fit-out encompassed ceilings, partitions, flooring, decoration, blinds, HVAC services, small power and lighting. Crown Interiors has subsequently been engaged by the client on another floor in the building as well as the ground floor retail units.
