Aqua restaurant consists of two dining areas, Spanish restaurant Aqua Nueva and Japanese restaurant Aqua Kyoto.
In the Aqua Nueva restaurant, the installation consisted of beach wood beads hanging from the ceiling, lighting behind glazed screens and painted plasterboard ceilings and walls. The joinery was beech faced, with Corian tops to the bars and purple velvet fabric seats.
Aqua Kyoto was fitted with black oiled oak flooring and red velvet bespoke banquette seating, and Japanese stylised fretwork flowers were recessed in red illuminated GRG ceiling domes. The sushi bar of dark grey laminate and black Corian was lowered to allow the chefs to be at the seated customer's eye level. Along the plasterboard walls were Japanese Byobi screens and a red black-lit glazed mesh screen.
Private dining rooms were glazed to allow customers privacy whilst still feeling part of the main restaurant.
Aqua Spirit is a circular bar area with charcoal dangling from the ceiling and banquette seating surrounded by wrapped kimono fabric.
