The office space was fitted out for Spencer Stuart to accommodate its high level executive search consultancy requirements, including administrative support functions and client facing facilities.

The project comprised of the Cat A to Cat B fit-out of floors one to four and from shell and core to Cat B fit-out on the ground floor.

The installation comprised of:
? Permastelisa double glazed partitioning
? Bespoke joinery to AV walls
? Sliding/folding walls to multifunction rooms
? New reception desk and stone clad feature wall and flooring to reception
? Plasterboard feature ceilings to reception and servery areas
? Full 'cooking' kitchen and staff restaurant with bespoke servery area including feature walnut cladding and feature lighting to walls and ceiling.

The upper floors of office space were configured in a predominantly cellular office arrangement with internal meeting rooms and open plan support staff desking.

Showers and staff dining were also provided, together with service facilities such as vending/tea points, copy points and break out areas.
