Two types of partitions were utilised on this project. Both systems were supplied and manufactured by Komfort. Komfire 75mm stud and board partition and Komfire 75mm glass partitions. This provides 60 minutes fire rating integrity and 37db sound insulation.

The ceiling specified and installed was laid in grid using an Armstrong 600mm tile system.

Pexhurst manufactured and installed bespoke wood oak finish storage walls made at its in-house workshop to provide the client with the best use of space and a very high finish quality.

Pexhurst installed, as specified, carpet tiles in the office areas and vinyl wood oak finish to the kitchen area. Muraspec white wallpaper was installed in all areas.
