Following the removal of the old recording studio, Meronden installed new services including air conditioning and fresh air, lighting and power, and a fire alarm.

New build works included:
? Stainless steel entrance doors with new stone threshold
? A joisted raised timber floor with ply and engineering oak flooring
? 30 minute Komfort fire screens
? 100mm plasterboard partitioning
? A tea point with two metre sliding door
? New external double glazed windows, metal spray finish
? New structural glazing and handrail to stairs
? Timber construction staircase with solid oak steps with anti slip strips let into the step. New etched glass pavement light with clear glass upstand.
