Portview was recommended to redevelop the corporate Woolwich Lounge and Legends Bar at the Arsenal Emirates football stadium.

The prestigious £4.1 million fit out project was completed in 11 weeks during the closed football season in time for the first home game of the 2010/2011 season.

Portview took responsibility for CDP in a number of areas including layout design and setting out of M&E services, ceilings, partitions and flooring.

Portview designed, manufactured and installed a substantial bespoke joinery package comprising corian clad bar counters, leather upholstered seating booth enclosures, leather and walnut clad wall and ceiling panelling, concierge and champagne stations, TV gantry units, buffet units, tables and chairs and built in storage units.

Special features included a 2KN crown loading structural reinforced sliding partition wall system incorporating bi-folding double door components, 2KN rated frameless structural glazed partitions with associated glass doors, a movable chainmail hanging curtain system displaying the facial pictures and names of Arsenal legends and installation of a specialist gloss finished metal panel tiled ceiling system.
