The project involved the creation of serviced office space in one of the most prestigious buildings in Birmingham and was designed to maximise available letting space.

All partitions were supplied by Komfort. This featured solid 75mm and 100mm walls with American walnut matching veneered doors.

Double glazed fire rated Polar and Komfire Partitions with integral blinds were also installed, along with Polar single glazed walls with glazed doors and manifestation. There was also a special feature curved wall with Dixon Turner digital wallcovering.
