Two Skyfold Classic, vertically rising acoustic operable walls were installed by Style Partitions at Genslers new London HQ.

The installation was completed with Gensler as the lead designers and ISG Plc as the Main Contractor.

Gensler, one of the worlds leading interior designers and architectural practises, have used Skyfold extensively throughout the world, and were confident that Skyfold could fulfil their own space division requirements, not only maximising the floor space by stacking the panels compactly within the ceiling void, but also offering them excellent acoustic performance. Operation is achieved simply by turning a key removing any need for manual input, allowing anybody to reconfigure the walls with the absolute minimum of effort.

Panels are factory wrapped with Kvadrat Inox Glacier fabric wallcovering to match the surrounding walls and help create a startling yet functional backdrop for client presentations. With the benefit of magnetic steel core panels, Gensler are able to showcase their ideas by the simple use of magnets to adhere their ideas to the Skyfold walls.
