FORM was employed by JPA Design and Build to undertake the joinery, ceilings and partitions package on this 13 week project.

The solid partitions are plasterboard acoustic screens to reduce the sound transfer between consulting rooms, and the glazed partitions are Komfort Klassic. The construction of screens is normally MDF finished, however the client requested that the screens be solid timber and finished in steamed beech.

Both panes of the double glazed screens were obscured with manifestation film offering maximum privacy within the consulting rooms but still allowing natural light into the corridor space.

Working within a live medical environment this high quality project was completed on time and within the client?s budget.

The project has subsequently been inspected by the Health Care Commission which has ensured the works on site have met their stringent requirements.
