A high quality, fast track fit-out at Condor House, London providing 1,674m2 of office space. Wates provided a high quality client facing suite which included reception, client rooms, cellular offices, UPS and IT room, storage, mailroom and food preparation area.

Meeting rooms were created using bespoke partitions and were glazed using a ?Plenair? system installed by Clestra. The ceilings and slab to slab partitions were installed by Clive Graham Associates and the ceilings comprised of an SAS System 150. Curved walls were installed using European Oak Slats (sustainably sourced) supported by a plasterboard wall.
