The project consisted of 70,000ft2 of Cat A to Cat B fit-out for the Bank of Ireland. The scope consisted of three floors of general office space and one floor of executive facilities. Critical IT services operated by the Bank are 'backed up' by roof generators.
Working floors include 28dB reduction glazed partitions, modification to the SAS 330 ceilings, new carpets, services modifications and decorations providing an excellent working environment. Break out points that house tea points, post areas and copy facilities were formed via joinery units which also incorporate full height storage.
Specialist areas on the working floors include cafe area, Amtico floor, leather banquet seating and mirror back wall panels. A snack sale point and back of house services was housed in bespoke joinery units with mosaic splash back tiling.
German Limestone, fabric panelling and walnut veneered panelling was used in conjunction with the 45dB silicone bonded double glazed partitions. These integrate drywall, joinery, audio visual and stone credenzas as features. New plasterboard ceilings features include cold cathode LED lighting and razor chamfered dropped bulkheads. The inclusion of a three-into-one room with integrated AV, operable wall and scene setting lighting.
