This contract was carried out in conjunction with Talbot Construction Ltd. The contract value was £296,000. Works consisted of the installation of ceilings, using Rockfon Pacific Tegular tiles to the BMW dealership and black metal SAS tiles to the Mini dealership; partitions, using Avanti Unity and Avanti Solare systems, and specialist joinery. The hanging of the wallpapers required technically skilled decorators, due to the thickness of the paper and the demanding standards of the client, Sytner.

The contract was completed on time and within budget, despite the fact that Sytner requested numerous changes, with no allowance for extension of time.

A particular feature of this showroom was the bulkhead over the reception area which was added after the main contract was started. Constructed from metal stud, track and standard plasterboard, the setting out was extremely complex and required first class skills and expertise.
