Saracen Office Interiors developed an empty office floor of over 16,000f2, into an efficient and attractive workspace when it successfully completed a total re-fit for its client, The Warranty Group. Its design was chosen to reinforce corporate brands and inspire every user and visitor alike. The total re-fit included the creation of:
? A dynamic reception area for visitors
? Comfortable and professional boardrooms and meeting areas
? An efficient, open plan office area, designed to make the best use of the office space available
? A central, modern and spacious kitchen and bar for all TWG employees to utilise

The re-fit also included the removal and installation of some partitioning in order to ensure the correct provision of offices for TWG?s executives.

Saracen Office Interiors undertook all aspects of coordination and execution of the office refit, working closely with TWG and specialist subcontractors to ensure a high quality standard was maintained throughout the project.

The project was completed in eight weeks to the satisfaction of the client.
