Hardman Street reception fit-out is one of numerous packages Swift Horsman has undertaken on the Spinningfields Development. The package comprised the fit-out of three separate receptions all supporting a single building. Each high quality reception area was furnished with a range of materials and finishes to reflect the landmark position of the development. Within each area, Swift Horsman was responsible for limestone floors, smoked Swiss pear veneered walls and ceiling panels and porcelain curtain walling as well as a smoked Swiss pear veneer and backlit Corian reception desk.

The project fit-out showcased the capabilities of Swift Horsman's design, factory and project teams and how they coordinate and work together to form specialist, high quality fit-outs. Within this package, Sheppard Robson Architects provided an outline design which was developed using in-house technical expertise to provide a fully integrated design / working scheme. The panels and desks were produced at Swift Horsman's specialist joinery factory and installed 'just in time' by their fully trained site operatives thus minimising damage risk. To ensure accuracy and success the design team worked closely with both the project team, fellow trade contractors and Swift Horsman's own in house manufacture services.
