The partial fit-out of the reception area was carried out by Lindner plc with Bovis Lend Lease as management contractor.

On initial entry into the reception area the most noticeable facet is that of the feature glass wall which acts both as a decorative wall cladding and balustrade.

Made up of 32mm toughened and partially curved glass, the feature wall is backed with a vertical wall containing mirrored and laminated frosted glass, giving additional depth to the perspective as well as accentuating the effect of the floor lights.

700m2 of Japanese-sourced stainless steel wall cladding, with its unique 10mm aluminium honeycomb core, was installed in the entrance areas. This particular product was chosen for the benefits of its honeycomb core; light weight; providing rigidity; a significantly reduced thickness; easy fixing of the backing sheet to the walls and flush installation.

Lindner also installed all glass balustrades and stainless steel handrails; a curved, glazed and stainless steel reception desk with glass top to blend in with its surroundings; 730m2 of continuous plasterboard ceilings with recessed light troughs; stainless steel column cladding; stainless steel doors and aluminium perimeter ceiling tiles abutting the facades.
