On visiting the Glasshouse Restaurant at Eskmills, Musselburgh the design team for the project were impressed with the high quality and workmanship carried out on the project, this inspired them to track down Souness and Boyne and invited them to tender for the works.

As this receives thousands of visitors every week the installation had to be dynamic, in-keeping with the original boat, very functional, user friendly, sustainable plus attract public and corporate people to use the functions.

? A full curved roof with a secondary tensile roof canopy set above which takes rainwater and puts this into a bespoke box gutter system
? New brass porthole windows
? GRP gallery kitchen
? Steel stairs, walkways and balustrades between three deck levels
? Altro Whitelock hygiene wall cladding
? Full M&E packages
? Bespoke lifts between decks
