This project involved the conversion of existing retail shop units into commercial office space. Windows were installed to the external elevation.

The Atrium was enclosed with a one-hour partition wall and glazing. The floor areas were fitted out to a CAT A specification.

A speedline raised access floor was installed, along with Burgess flush metal tile ceiling. Drylining was applied to existing walls, new doorsets were installed and fire detection WC?s were also put in. John Davies Interiors also carried out the M&E works complete with air conditioning.
