Works consisted of the supply and installation of Knauf partitions, linings and suspended ceiling systems, Rockfon Medicare and Armstrong metal plank suspended ceilings on two floors of the renal wing and four floors of the NCCT wing.

The renal wing (curved on plan) incorporated dialysis areas, wards, examination rooms, offices and treatment areas.

The NCCT wing incorporated nine high radiation treatment bunkers, single, four and six bed wards, examination, records and office areas.

These two wings were linked by a feature atrium from level one to level four with stepped walls, bulkheads, linings MF and metal plank ceilings.
