The brief was to space plan and fit-out a very modern, light and airy building to amalgamate 75 staff from three separate operations within the Northern region.

Staff were coming together for the first time as a McInerney team so it was crucial that the mix of cellular and open plan office space blended seamlessly together to prevent a potential ?them and us? culture.

Consequently AMH installed a mix of taped and jointed solid full height partitions together with full height single glazed Komfort Polar partitions for the meeting rooms and front of the cellular offices. The clients extensive storage needs were catered for with a combination of hand operated mobile archive shelving and 54 bays of full height storage wall.

This was a total package project with the installation of individual areas of suspended ceilings and flooring together with lighting, power and data. AMH also installed all the office furniture and seating as well as the reception counter.
