With a construction stage of only eight weeks, this prestigious design-and-build contract was to create a high specification conference and training suite together with a vibrant hospitality area for clients.

The design, by Shafiqa Patel, involved dropped bulkhead ceilings with architectural lighting, curved partitioning featuring Tektura Horizon wallpaper, Interface Entropy and Equilibrium carpeting and solid maple and walnut timber elements. HVAC services were designed and installed to ensure client comfort.
